Domestic long distance minutes are through
En-Tel Communications. A $.10 per minute applies
for each domestic long distance minute in excess
of the plan minutes.
Enhanced Plus Video, Enhanced
Ultra Video, and Total Digital Video packages
exclude adult channels.
